To make your participation seamless, download the official WCEF2026 Mobile App – your digital companion for the forum.
The forum application gives you access to all essential information on the go. It also allows you to chat and network with other participants. During the forum, you can ask questions and take part in polls and queries in the app. The app will be updated with programme, speaker and expo details once these are published on our website.
How to get started
- Register to the forum (button on the upper right corner)
- Scan the QR code below or go to your device’s app store and type WCEF2026 in the search field or click here to open in App store / Google Play.
- Download
- Open the app
- Sign in with your email address (the same one you used for registration)
- Enter the code you received in your email.
- Set up your profile to unlock the full app experience.
In the app, you will find all information including sessions, speakers, exhibitors, partners and participants, as well as venue maps and useful tips.

User actions
- Enable notifications to stay updated in real time.
- Plan your schedule, save sessions, exhibitors and resources to your favourites.
- To get the most out of your forum experience, complement your profile with your picture, social media accounts and personal interests, and mark your availability for meetups with other participants.
- You can also choose to hide yourself if you prefer privacy. For this, go to Networking and turn off the “Open to networking” toggle or go to Profile, click on Settings, go to “Privacy preference” and turn off the networking toggles.)
- Contact other participants for networking. Send a chat request or meeting invitation and wait for your guest’s reply. Once your request is approved, you can exchange direct messages. This tool is useful also for online participants.
- Remember to check your pending invitations and approve meeting invitations, so they appear in your calendar!
- You can book one-to-one meetings with other participants through the app. You can approve or reject meeting request by other participants. Approved meetings automatically show in your calendar. Select your interests to see AI-suggested matching profiles.
- Note: online participants can also book meetings via the app. Just remember to share a video link for your online meeting.
- See who else is participating and engage in the discussion!
