Circular startups have solutions; cities have the waste and the mandate, yet partnerships stay fragile and champion-dependent. Work alongside Urban Local Bodies’ (ULB) leaders, founders and financiers to design a repeatable pathway from pilot to scale, grounded in live Bengaluru examples.
